4.   International Bureau Rules & Election Guidelines for Executives
Nominations of Executives
(Who: Anyone may nominate - we need to consider all alternatives)

Elections of Top Five Executives
(Who: Only Elected International BoDs and Nominees for Executives may vote)

The top five vote getters in the
International Bureau's Executive Election will
each pick one of five open offices that are available.

The top vote getter picks 1st, followed by 2nd
highest vote getter, 3rd, 4th, and 5th until all five
open seats are chosen:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Ethics & Grievances Officer

The first four next highest ranked names
(names ranked #6, 7, 8 & 9)
will be elected as the Ethics & Grievances
"Committee of Four" and all lower ranked
names after those five will serve as
consecutively ranked names as back-ups.

The five executives will be paid from the
company's assets (shares/stocks)
in accordance with guidelines to be adopted in
the agenda and voted on at the first annual BoD
meeting/conference call July 5th 2013.

Once the five seats are picked, then all other
voting will resume on all levels as a
continual vote of confidence into perpetuity
(except in special cases).

Elections of all names, except international nominees,
will pause during international BoD and executive
elections.

The exception is elections of names
for Donor BoDs - i.e. new donors and holders
of common stock whose numbers will be steadily
increasing as per the national executives' initiatives.

Times begin at one minute after midnight,
end at one minute before midnight P.S.T.
(California time) and are scheduled between
Sunday morning and Saturday night during last
two weeks in August 2013.

Nominations Start on August 18th at 00:01 am and end on August 24th at midnight 2400 pm PST
Elections Start on August 25th at 00:01 am and end on August 31st at midnight 2400 pm PST
